Each relationship is subject to a
variety of exogenous factors which influence how it will affect the rest of the triangle. It was
obvious that some resources were given to ALPHA development team by BETA management
and the development of project GAMMA started. ALPHA delivered documentations
and presentations on the working and status of the project to BETA at different milestones,
to win the support from them by satisfying their needs.
It is important to keep in mind that information systems are developed and exists to fulfill the
needs of stakeholders, and it is important for stakeholders to support the system in return. As
the project organization plays the creator role for the system development, it is not possible
to do it without any support from the users. Thus this situation exists like a triangle where
the user organization supports the developers so that they can develop a system which fulfills
their needs. If the system satisfies the users, they support the developer??™s organization in the
development process, which enhances the system for further needs.
