of standard operating procedures in business processes and the evolution of new knowledge
of business processes and technology encourage the managers of an organization to demand
more features as well as the flexibility in them. The managers want to include many processes
in the Web-based information system while these processes are either immature or are in
phase of standardization; consequently, this demands extra flexibility from the developers
and consumes more time. On the other hand, these immature processes are prone to changes
as a result of political or structural changes. These business processes become the first target
of new management to show that they are making changes in the organization. A weak legal
environment in the developing countries like Pakistan does not allow the development team
to challenge the client on the basis of service level agreement.
